Since inception in 1991 by the Harald Quandt family office (“HQ”), we have been investing successfully from what is now our fifth generation of funds. Our broad base of entrepreneurial and institutional investors, combined with an experienced team, forms the foundation for identifying and consistently seizing future opportunities. In 2024, we spun-off from HQ as part of a GP-led transaction. By joining Verdane, we are now part of a leading pan-European private equity platform with Scandinavian roots.
