Thirsk / Rochdale, March 31, 2026 – The Elovade Group, backed by its investors NEXX Capital and Verdane, today announced the acquisition of UK-based Zen Software Limited. This marks Elovade’s ninth acquisition in Europe and the first add-on acquisition for Brigantia by Elovade, its UK operating entity which joined the Group in 2025.
The move further strengthens Elovade’s position in one of Europe’s largest and most dynamic IT markets and reinforces its growing footprint in the UK MSP and reseller channel.
Since entering the UK market in 2025, Elovade has rapidly expanded its vendor portfolio, partner ecosystem, and product capabilities in the region. The acquisition of Zen Software represents the next significant milestone in this strategy, delivering immediate scale and enhanced market density to the Group’s UK operations.
Founded more than 25 years ago and headquartered in Rochdale, Zen Software supports over 2,000 resellers and managed service providers across the UK. Its operational infrastructure, vendor relationships, partner network, and entire team will be fully integrated into Brigantia by Elovade.
The transaction significantly expands Elovade’s UK offering in key solution areas such as email archiving and backup. Zen’s established vendor portfolio, including solutions like Cortex and MailStore, closely complements Elovade’s existing range and creates substantial cross-selling and upselling opportunities. The combined portfolio provides MSPs with one of the broadest ranges of independent cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions available in the UK channel.
Angus Shaw, Managing Director of Brigantia by Elovade, said: “This transaction is a logical next step in building our UK platform. Zen adds immediate scale, a highly complementary partner base and long-standing vendor relationships. Together, we are in a strong position to further expand our reach in the MSP and reseller segment.
Ross McWilliam, Managing Director of Zen Software, added: “Becoming part of the Elovade Group provides us with a strong platform for future growth. With the Group’s broader resources and European network, we can further develop our business while continuing to support our partners with the same focus and expertise they are used to.”
Active buy-and-build strategy backed by NEXX Capital and Verdane
